2.  What is the next step, after I take the assessment?

Your matchmaker will be in contact with you via email or phone to discuss your results, and to set up a time for an IN-PERSON appointment.

3.  I’ve been single for a long time, how will I know that this will work?

The assessment gives your matchmaker an understanding of your wants and needs.  The assessment is thorough and touches on four basic areas of socialization: SOCIO-ECONOMIC, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL/SPIRITUAL, and PHYSICAL. Although finding a match that meets your suitability is not guaranteed, your matchmaker will use the necessary tools and experience to get you a result that will be as close to your desire as possible.

4.  I’m having trouble navigating the site, who do I speak with?

5.  What if a person doesn’t have a computer, or is not computer savvy?

If you don’t have access to a computer, you can make an IN-OFFICE appointment for access to a computer and assistance.

6.  Does GreenLight Matchmaking Services just match locally?

Although GreenLight Matchmaking Services focuses on dating locally, we have access to thousands of singles in other states and countries through our matchmaking database.

7.   How long will it take for me to find a match?

Finding a match is predicated on several factors, but we try our best to produce satisfying results within 6 months of joining.

8.  How does this work?

Once your background check and assessment are completed, you set up an appointment with your matchmaker to come into the office.  Here, you will present proof of ID, and discuss your assessment in further detail to receive consultation.  Your profile picture is taken on site.  Once this is completed, you will be able to set up your profile portal online.  Once your portal is set up, you can receive emails, information about upcoming events, and most importantly, profile information on your available matches!  If you are interested in any of your suggested matches, contact your matchmaker through your portal to set up your first date!
